• Language: English
• Paper size: A4
• Font: Times New Roman
• Font size: 12 pt
• Line spacing: Single
• Layout: Two-column
• Margins: 1 inch on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right)

Title

• Should accurately reflect the research topic and content.
• Must be short and concise.

Author Information

Include:

• Full name(s) of all author(s)
• Institutional affiliation(s)
• Full postal address of each affiliation
• Country
• Email address of each author
• Telephone number of each author

Abstract

• Fully justified and italicized.
• Maximum 500 words.
• Should include:
  • Background
  • Aims
  • Methodology
  • Results/Findings
  • Conclusion
• Write all abbreviations in full when first mentioned.
• Include 4–6 keywords:
  • Listed alphabetically
  • Separated by commas
  • End with a full stop.

Introduction

Should include:

• Purpose of the research
• Relevant background
• Relationship to previous studies
• Only information essential to the research argument

Materials and Methods

Describe in sufficient detail:

• Materials studied
• Instruments used
• Specialized chemicals (including sources, if applicable)
• Experimental procedures
• Enough information for other researchers to reproduce the study

Acknowledgement (Optional)

• Place before the References section.

References

• Use APA style.
• In-text citations should include:
  • Author’s last name
  • Year of publication
  • Page number (where applicable)
• The reference list should:
  • Include only sources cited in the paper
  • Begin on a separate page
  • Leave one blank line between references
  • Be formatted in APA style
  • Use 12 pt bold heading for the “References” title
